What Is The CCCA National Cosmetician Accreditation Program? A cosmetician who has been granted accreditation status has demonstrated to the CCCA's Accreditation Evaluation Committee a satisfactory degree of professionalism and dedication to customers, employers and the Cosmetics industry. A point system is used to evaluate an individual's background, performance and professionalism on the basis of years of employment, educational background and industry involvement. You do not have to be a member of the CCCA to become accreditied. Why Was This Program Developed? The CCCA National Cosmetician Accreditation Program was developed for the purpose of recognizing the contributions that professional cosmeticians make to the Cosmetics industry and, to enhance their image in the eyes of customers, employers, and the industry in general. How Will Everyone Know You Are An Accredited Cosmetician? Accredited cosmeticians will receive a certificate of achievement and a gold tone lapel pin to wear with pride. How Will You Be Evaluated?
